Scooby Dooby Doo
Brand new to Florida. I walked into the local Sheriff's office to apply for a job at Animal Control. While sitting their looking over the interviewer's shoulder I noticed a glass separating myself from more than 100 cats.
But their was one that just kept crying... Scratching at the glass causing me to NOT FOCUS. I was only interested in a job since I had two cats at home.
After a lousy interview being more focused on this beautiful BLUE eyes cat, I went home. The interviewer assured me that whether I got the job or not, I would most likely get the cat!
Cutting a long story short, I didnt get a wink of sleep thinking about those beautiful BLUE eyes.
The next morning BEFORE the Sheriff's department Animal services opened, I found myself sitting on their front stoop. The manager pulled in laughed and smiled...
This beautiful little kitten was a three year old Dwarf cat that was left in an abandoned apartment for three weeks before found. No name, No history just a 5 pound little guy wondering what he did to deserve this.
Home he came. My cats love him and now I have my little dachshun. If by some luck the people who left him behind ever read this. I hope they know they gave up one the most wonderful cats in the UNIVERSE.
I didn't get the job but I what I have is priceless.... Meet Scooter ! He was welcomed into our family in 2006. WE LOVE HIM....Scooby Dooby Doooooooooo
