A stray cat used an abandoned bird’s nest for a den to raise her newborn kittens in while the father, allegedly, watched over them nearby. Both circumstances are highly unusual. They’ve been rescued by a volunteer working for Cats Protection and it is hoped that the mother and father will be rehomed together while the kittens are also being checked out and will eventually be rehomed.
