I am told that this is an image of a mother cat who killed her kittens. She looks confused and upset. This may be an example of a mother cat suffering from psychological issues and who felt stressed and under threat leading her to kill her kittens. She looks like a stray or feral cat. It is very sad to see all her kittens killed and lying dead. Their lives were so short.
