We know that her mother runs a cat rescue and hundred cats of past through the rescue as far as I know. We don’t know how many cats Piper Rochelle has but she probably shares ownership with her mother and her mother probably has more than one cat perhaps up to 3 cats and that’s a wild guess. I’m talking about the family cats rather than the rescue cats. My guess is she owns more than one because the sort of person who runs a cat rescue likes cats enough to have more than one. On a pure legal basis a nine-year-old does not qualify to have by which I mean own a cat. Although the word ‘ownership’ is very loosely interpreted with respect to cats.
