Chewy is an American online retailer of pet products including Purina food. It looks as though a fly or flies have got into this Purina product (it appears to be a wet petfood product) and the flies have created maggots and the maggots have pupated and hatched and we have mass procreation going on within this packaging. It is not entirely clear to me what the source of the problem was but it appears that a fly might have got trapped inside one of the petfood cans and survived that and procreated. It’s not clear whether the fault lies at the feet of Chewy or Purina or both.
