This is an interesting shelter story because the Executive Director the lady in the photograph made a mistake in euthanising 14 cats exposed to ringworm but then she was fired summarily (instantly) because the board decided that she was guilty of gross misconduct. The first decision was clearly incorrect (although there are counter arguments – see main article) – but the second, to fire her, may be incorrect.
