The cat’s name is Snow. Snow is able to play this tricky game, which you see at tourist locations in many cities, better than most humans. I see this game (actually more a scam) being played all along Westminster Bridge, London, during the summer months. People believe they can spot the ball but almost invariable fail. Snow is an America Curl, quite a rare purebred cat. You can tell by the curled back ears. Other than the appearance of the ears, America Curls are standard looking cats. Snow is a tabby-and-white. I think Snow lives in Asia. Her skills are very impressive.
