Cameron County man out on $5,000 bond after being charged with felony animal torture

A Cameron County, Pennsylvania man is out on $5,000 bond tonight after being charged with felony animal torture and a misdemeanor charge of cruelty to animals.

Keaun Kennedy, 21, of Driftwood was charged after police were tipped off that he shot a cat with an arrow at a trailer court on Songer Lane in Emporium.

The owner of ‘Beauty’ said his cat escaped the home while he was doing some remodeling work. When she returned home Beauty had an arrow stuck in her head. She was euthanized due to the severity of her injuries.

  1. Oh, of course! This is the complete failure of the justice system to the kids. This fuck should be given an automatic death sentence! That way one does not have to be worried about him ever doing this again. And it sure as hell would discourage others from even thinking of abusing or killing the innocent. But noooooo he will now do it again, and again. And can I also add that when the hell the guardians going to wake up and keep their kids indoors?
