TLAQUEPAQUE, MEXICO: A Bengal tiger escaped a private residence possibly owned by a crimimal who kept the cat as a status symbol. The tiger nonchalantly sauntered down the sidewalk in the hot sun minding their own business. A passing motorists spotted the tiger and the three guys chasing it. One carried a lasso. Another carried a folding chair as a defence. The motorist videoed them capturing the tiger. It is a poor video but the guy with a white cowboy hat swishing his lasso over his head captured the cat. The cat chased off and all three gave chase holding on to the rope for dear life. The tiger was returned to his residence. It looks tame. I am sure the cat is domesticated or as domesticated as a tiger can be. Their behavior indicates this.
