These two adorable young people are Skyler, age 10 and Alli, age 7. They live in Colorado and their work in trap-neuter-return (TNR) is ushering in the next generation of feral cat caregiving.
I ran across their video and just had to share it with all of you. Mainly because the sight of a feral cat going into a humane trap and that door slamming shut is what most of us in TNR live for. To take cats who can produce litter after litter off the streets and putting their baby-making business to an end.

Please enjoy the video. It’s from Facebook and was posted by their grandmother, Rae Bitner, who is an excellent trainer in TNR and an expert on colony caregiving. The video above may be slow to load over some connections so be patient with it and be sure to watch it all the way to the end.
I won’t mention where Skyler and Alli live in Colorado because as we all know we have to protect the location of our colonies.
Great job! I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Especially since many adults don’t get into trapping because they have no clue how to even set a trap. You two are AMAZING!
