TikTok: cat sleeping in flower pot video

This is fairly typical of a better TikTok cat video i.e. it is not abusive! It is quite cute. The reason why I have it here is because it has been seen 9.3 million times. It has almost a million ‘likes’ and over 200,000 retweets (it is also on Twitter).

I think it was made in Asia. The cat looks like a community cat who is showing a lot of confidence, I’d say, in sleeping in such a vulnerable way. Perhaps the place where they are sleeping is secure for cats. It might be the backyard of a cat lover’s home for instance. There are two versions (at least). I can still can’t figure out who made the video. This is what it is like with some online videos. You have no details. You can’t tell who has ‘stolen’ the video and made it there own by modifying it and re-uploading it to the internet. It becomes very opaque sometimes. Please come forward the person who made it.
