This made me laugh. It is his expression and the sound he makes, the cat hiss. I am not sure that it is real. It could all be dubbed and probably is but who cares. It is obviously a question of taste and I wouldn’t expect everyone to have a laugh at this. Also this page has a very tenuous hold on the cat theme. The site’s about cats and here’s President Trump! Still, there is a passing nod to domestic cats.
