Feral Cats Love My Loveseat

There are some feral cats living outside of the apartment building where I live. I feel for them as sometimes they have no dry places to hide when it rains. I moved into my place a few months back. My brother gave me an old wicker loveseat that was funny looking. I bought a used couch and loveseat from an elderly woman to move into my new place.
I took that funny-looking wicker loveseat (my brother had given me cushions and a cover for it as it was rather beat-up) and put it outside my apartment. I figured on a nice morning it would be an ideal spot for drinking coffee. Just recently we had a few days of rain.
The feral cats found it as a warm, safe place for shelter from the rain. I stepped outside and saw two of them, one on the loveseat, the other was underneath. I certainly have no problem with this as I have two indoor cats and rainstorms scare them too. I was happy that the old beat-up loveseat gave them a warm, safe place to go!
